St. Mary’s University Charity Club organized a carnival aimed at fundraising for disadvantaged people from January 3-5, 2024 under the facilitation of the Student Service Support Office (SSSO).
During the event, the Book Club, in collaboration with St. Mary’s University Press, also held a book fair that sold books and coupons for 30 Birr, the proceeds of witch will be used to purchase books for needy children. The Gender Club also sold sanitary pads to support the cause.
In addition to these activities, the carnival featured food, beverages, and gift articles, as well as various entertaining competitions.
